meet our founder

Hello! I’m Grant, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find clarity, joy, and peace in their lives. My mission is to make Glasgow a hub of positivity and purpose, inspired by my own desire to live in a city where love, peace, and fulfillment are at the forefront.

My journey began at age 16, when I first picked up personal development books from my dad’s collection. Now, at 32, I have spent over 16 years in personal growth and business, working through my own transformations and achieving success in helping others. Over my career, I’ve overseen £10 million+ in sales, but more importantly, I’ve built insights into what drives meaningful, lasting change.

In 2022, I launched Mental Clarity, a life coaching service to guide others towards making better decisions for themselves.

The Mental Clarity Method is a structured approach to achieving and maintaining mental clarity. It consists of seven steps designed to help you let go of unnecessary thoughts, embrace stillness, cultivate abundance, create a vision, harmonise with your vision, plan effectively, and execute with confidence.

By following these steps, you can achieve a state of mental clarity that drives rapid and meaningful growth in both your personal and professional life.

1. LET GO
Accept the emotions and thoughts that exist in your mind. Instead of fighting them, observe them without judgment. As you do, these thoughts and emotions will naturally pass through you more easily, allowing you to let go and achieve stillness.

2. ACCEPT STILLNESS
Practice the art of no thoughts—simply being present. Accepting stillness helps maintain mental clarity and prevents the flood of mental clutter from returning.

3. CULTIVATE ABUNDANCE
From stillness, start being grateful for what you have. This sense of abundance fosters a positive mindset, which is crucial for personal and professional growth.

4. CREATE A VISION
Develop a clear vision from a place of abundance and strength. Define your goals and aspirations, setting a strong foundation for your future actions.

5. HARMONISE
Emotionally connect with and align with your vision. This step ensures your goals resonate deeply with you, maintaining motivation and commitment.

6. PLANNING
Build a detailed roadmap to achieve your vision. Effective planning is key to transforming insights into tangible results.

7. EXECUTION
Take action. Execution is where all the planning and preparation come to fruition, turning your vision into reality.
