Every day, we hear a new ‘expert’ reveal their secret formula to achieving unlimited energy. It’s all in on one thing. Eat only vegetables. Eat only meat. Eat these supplements. Don’t eat carbs. Don’t eat fat. Intermittent fasting is the key to unlocking boundless energy.

The truth is, there isn’t one perfect diet that will work for everyone. We’re all different, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Today, we are going to highlight two things that work.

Firstly, experimentation. Try out different foods to see what makes you feel good 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours and 24 hours after you eat it.

When you find something that works for you in boosting your energy, keep that in your diet and cut out the foods that don’t work for you.

Secondly, once you have built up this list of foods that you know work for you using your own trial and error, stick to them and build up a routine.

Consistently eating the same foods each day helps your body understand what is expected of it. It can digest food more easily and use nutrients more efficiently.

So, there are two things you can do to have more energy: find the foods that work for you and build up a routine with them. Try it out and see how your energy levels improve!
